An Interview with Read/Write Curators Caitlin Denny and Parker Ito: “It’s clear through the works in the show that actually “being online” is not a requirement for being in the net.”  – Rhizome

Read/Write at 319 Scholes: A Photo Essay: “The Internet embodied.” - Rhizome

Chillin’ 4Life: Caitlin Denny and Parker Ito of Jstchillin: “Undoubtably READ/WRITE will not only help facilitate moving the sentiment of screen-based work into a more fruitful discourse with other mediums, but it will also be an excellent and apropos send off for jstchillin.” - Bad At Sports

Chillin in Cyberspace: Q&A with Parker Ito: “‘READ/WRITE was just trying to be an overall collection of how people are using the internet. There’s different conceptual modes of thinking. Some of this work is really deeply conceptual, and some of it is extremely superficial. Some people are super interested in participating in a historical dialogue, and some people do not give a shit at all.’” - The Creators Project

In New Media Res: “…through the projects themselves and the statements of the curators, Jstchillin got at the way art is viewed away from the museum: moving images and inert viewers, slacking and browsing, the extended presence of the artifact and the chat-quick speed of the encounter with it.” - Brian Droitcour

Watching the Pot Boil: Artists Who Use Anticipation in Their Work: “…you’ll just have to check out the moving image in person.” - Art Fag City on Flavorwire
