319 Scholes’ Archive documents the evolution of the organization since its inception in 2009. The archive contains live-streaming gallery tours lead by curators, detailed installation images, commissioned essays and publications, audio and video recordings, and records of online interaction.
Research Lab
The Archive Research Lab is an experimental forum for exploring the relationship between contemporary digital art and archival practices. We are speaking with professional artists, curators, and academics to get their take on what’s important when it comes to developing a digital archive. The goal of the Archive Research Lab is to facilitate an active, dynamic, and public space for dialogue and theory that supports the development of media art preservation. Essays, case studies, and interviews are entered into the Archive Research Lab on a regular basis.
